What Are Resale Rights?

The term "Resale Rights" means that after you buy the item you will be allowed to sell it to your customers. There may be limitations, such as you can only sell the product for a specific price. Products that come with resale rights means that you can sell the product to just about anyone and keep 100% of the profits.

What Are Master Resale Rights?

When you acquire Master Resale Rights, you can sell the product to your customers, and you may also grant your customers the right to sell it. You can also pass master resale rights to your customers, if you are in possession of the transferrable master resale rights. This allows your customers to also sell the product with resale rights.

What Are Private Label Rights?

With Private Label Rights, you may not only resell the product but you may also edit the content or product and claim it as your own work (meaning, you become its author).

What Does Rebranding Mean?

With Rebranding Resale Rights, you may replace the author links with yours. That is in addition to normal resale rights.

Do I Need A Website To Sell These Products?

No, although we do recommend having one. You can sell our products on CD, in your newsletter, radio ads, television ads, or any other medium that you choose to sell in. These products are highly flexible in their distribution.

How Do I Setup A Website To Sell These Products?

Selling these products is very easy. You can setup a website using an HTML Editing Software Program like Microsoft®, Expression©, or Dreamweaver©.

What Are Affiliate Programs?

An Affiliate Program is a form of advertising program, on the web, that rewards the affiliates (self-selected advertisers) for driving traffic to the advertiser.

What Does Your Affiliate Program Pay And How Often?

We currently pay our affiliates a 50% commission on every sale they make. This includes ALL the products listed in the Resale Products Network Catalogue (excluding our Consulting Services). Payments are made once a month for the previous month of sales.

Do You Offer Shipping?

No. We currently offer email delivery only. All products are acquired via download as a zip. file.

My Download Has Not Been Received Yet?

This can be remedied fairly quickly. First be sure and check you "Spam", and "Junk" mail folders (or the equivalent). Our download emails are automated and some email ISP's do not like that. If it is not there, please submit an email to support@resaleproducts.net and make sure to include your order number. We will forward your downloads ASAP via manual delivery.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and eChecks. You can select your choice of payment method in the checkout process of our store.

Are Refunds Available?

Yes. You will have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee for the product cost. Of course, in case of return you will lose all resale rights. There are exceptions to the refund policy, for instance first time orders for multiple products will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All refunds require a written notice via email sent to support@resaleproducts.net. In addition, we reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.
